Tribadistan: Business Plan and Brand Strategy
ROLE: Entrepreneur

OBJECTIVE: To create a business in Portland that would fulfill a current need. Research concluded what Portland was lacking – a dedicated lesbian bar. Tribadistan is the answer to this need, and is designed to be a place for lesbians to connect.

PROCESS: Worked over course of three terms and followed the steps to create a fully functioning business. Collaborated with several teams to achieve the final deliverables.

OUTCOME: Working business documents, including a full scope business plan and financial plan, a detailed ethnographic study of the lesbian market in Portland, and a working brand strategy. The brand strategy includes a photo shoot for ads, a website layout option, brand mark, brand book, and marketing campaign.
